I’m probably not the designer for you if:

Your project is urgent — creativity and quality take time. No rushed, half-assed work here.
You find it hard to make decisions and articulate what you want — try as I might, I still can’t read minds. I work best with folks who can easily express their likes and dislikes
You feel hindered by limitations or deadlines — I don’t work on an hourly rate. Your project will have a scope with deadlines and limited rounds of amends.
You’re too busy to dedicate time to this project — the creation process is a two-way street. Throughout you’ll be asked to provide content & feedback, answer questions and make decisions.
You feel you have the design and marketing know-how to do it yourself — if that’s the case, all power to you! I can highly recommend a couple of design DIY courses that might be a better fit for you.

A little about me

Hola! I’m Emma. I’ve been a graphic designer and web designer for over 9 years and I love helping my clients turn their dreams into a business and brand they love. As well as being a bonafide branding expert and web design guru, I’m also a project manager, coordinating the services of social media experts, copywriters, positioning gurus and SEO geeks to help my clients share their light online.

You may have read on my website already that I mainly communicate via email and other online means to gather information for projects. This means I’m more productive with my time and I find it’s also more cost-effective for both myself and my clients. Throughout the project we can schedule in phone calls as needed, as I find sometimes it can be easier to simply nut things out over the phone. However, the bulk of communication will be via email.
